|Swift Transportation Company Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering|
PHOENIX, AZ, Dec 15, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --
Swift Transportation Company (NYSE: SWFT), a multi-faceted transportation services company and the largest truckload carrier in North America, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 73,300,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price of $11.00 per share. Swift has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 10,995,000 shares of Class A Common Stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The Class A Common Stock is expected to begin trading tomorrow at the opening of the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "SWFT."
Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank and Citi are acting as Joint Bookrunning Managers for the initial public offering.
